Plastic hook with aluminium tube to fit in a standard or telescopic pole / handle. It features an automatic device to surround a ring or cleat with a rope attached to a fixture on the end of the device. Available either by itself (code 4929 ) and it can be combined with aluminum telescopic pole code. 4944 or with in-built aluminum telescopic pole (code 4965).
